Last but not least, Caleb Gilbert is the Player of the Month for Men's Basketball! Head coach Ty Johnson nominated Caleb for this honor. Caleb has done everything asked of him all season long! He is a leader, and always puts his teammates before himself! Caleb is a joy for the coaching staff to work with and he keeps working hard to get better every day in practice! Thank you for the example you are setting, Caleb! That is what being a leader is all about!!!

Dyna Jeffies is the West Brunswick Trojans Player of the Month for Women's Basketball! Head Coach John Lewkowicz nominated Dyna for this honor. Dyna was the MVP of the Coaches vs Cancer game in Asheville on Saturday, November 25th! She was chosen because she was the MVP, is the team captain, and this is her 4th year playing at the Varsity level! We are seeing great things for your Senior year and beyond, Dyna! The sky is the limit and we appreciate your leadership!!!

Matthew Smith is the West Brunswick Trojans Player of the Month for Wrestling! Head Coach Trent Taylor nominated Matthew for this honor. Matthew pinned his opponent from Ashley High School in the first period of the match to help secure a 36-33 win for the Trojans! "Mattie Ice's" record is off to a 1-0 start after being a state championship qualifier last year! Can you say "undefeated?" Way to go "Mattie Ice," and keep up the great work! We love winning here at West Brunswick!!!
